About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Convertix Core LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). They cover our website convertixcore.com, our software products such as Convertix Engine (the “Products”), and professional services such as SaaS development, website design, SEO and AI agents (the “Services”). A Product may have additional terms, and a Services engagement is also governed by the written proposal or agreement you accept (a “Proposal”). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal applies to that engagement.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@convertixcore.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Products or Services to:
- break any law, including anti-spam, privacy, data-protection and consumer-protection laws;
- send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of the law or of the policies of email, messaging or social platforms;
- collect or use personal data without a lawful basis, or contact people who have asked you not to;
- infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer our systems;
- resell or share access to the Products without our written permission.
We may suspend or limit access that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or puts our users, systems or sending reputation at risk.
Your data and content
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the Products (“Your Content”). You allow us to host, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Products and Services. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to use it, including any personal data of your contacts. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans, fees and payment
Some Products offer free and paid plans. Prices, limits and features are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Unless the law requires otherwise or a Proposal says differently, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Professional services
For Services, the Proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope may need a change request and additional fees. Unless the Proposal says otherwise, once you have paid in full you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, while we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how and grant you the licence needed to use them in your deliverables.
Our intellectual property
The Products, our website, our brands (including the Convertix Core LLC and Convertix Engine names and logos) and all related software and content are owned by Convertix Core LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Products as intended; they do not transfer ownership to you.
AI-generated content
Some features use AI to generate text, suggestions or analyses. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sending it; you are responsible for how you use AI output.
Third-party services
The Products may connect to third-party services such as email providers, data sources, social platforms and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Disclaimers
The Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, leads, replies or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertix Core LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Products or Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Convertix Core LLC against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Products or Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of anyone’s rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Products at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would create risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Convertix Core LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@convertixcore.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice by email or in the Product. Continuing to use the Products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
