This Privacy Policy explains how Convertix Core LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information when you visit convertixcore.com, contact us, use our services, or use products we operate, including Convertix Engine (convertixengine.com). Some products may have an additional privacy notice; where they do, it applies alongside this one.

- Contact details such as your name, email address, company and the content of messages you send us.
- Account details when you sign up for one of our products, such as your name, email and password (stored only in hashed form).
- Project information you share when we provide services, such as requirements, files and access you grant us.
- Billing details when you buy a paid plan; card payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers.

- Basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in, security and remembering preferences such as light or dark mode.
Information you process in our products
When you use a product such as Convertix Engine to store business contacts or send messages, you decide what data goes in. For that data we act as a service provider on your behalf, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and to contact the people in it.
How we use information

AI features
Some products use AI models to generate text or analyse information you provide. Content you submit to these features may be sent to our AI providers solely to produce the result. We do not use your private product data to train our own models, and where providers offer the choice, we select options that do not allow training on that data.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; enquiry and project records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you where the law requires if a breach affects you.
Your rights and choices

Our website, products and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
